Mattress Warehouse of Raleigh - Brier Creek

My wife and I began our search for a new mattress at this store approximately a month ago. We did not end up buying from this store. A few comments. When we first walked in, the sales person came up and began talking to us about our needs and what we were hoping to find in a mattress. We said openly that we were just beginning the process and were not ready to buy yet. The salesperson's reply was, "what can I do to get you to buy today?" Nothing was our reply, this is a big purchase for us and we are not rushing into it. We were led to a "sleep science" machine that supposedly analyzed our bodies while we lay on the mattress to determine what mattress was best for us; we suspect it was a total joke as we never received any feedback from the analysis. We ultimately bought a bed online where we didn't have to deal with sales people/gimmicks.

LESS THAN ONE STAR... Good experience until we got the product. Bought 2 King beds... 3 thousand dollars worth of bedding. Beds delivered and set up... Very nice men came to our house. 2 hours later, I walked into my bedroom (of our new house) and all we can smell is must and mold. It is the mattress. I called the store and they told us (after having to argue with them as why they should replace it.) they would deliver a new bed on Tuesday 1/9/18. No call to us for delivery time so I called to learn that there was no delivery scheduled... They out and out lied. Then after arguing again, we get a call from another store manager who was covering for the store manager who was in a meeting... We were told he was off today. They can't get their stories straight. They are unwilling (their words) to replace until the off gassing period ends... Who knows about that and who would buy something with this issue? After many calls and no good customer service, I have contacted WRAL news and the department of agriculture sleep products. Next onto BBB and others. Haven't slept in a bed since last Thursday... This is just bad business.... Be aware.
