With so many roofing companies out there I have heard of many poor experiences, but Michael and Wiser Roofing were excellent on all counts. Michael was very on top of everything from the initial roof inspection from the insurance company all the way through clean up after the job. We had such an amazing experience with Wiser Roofing! Michael made the whole process a breeze. He is very knowledgeable and honest. Its a pleasure working with him! We had hail damage and needed a new roof. Wiser Roofing coordinated the communication and all needed steps with our insurance. We were even given regular photo updates through the installation as we were out of town. When we got back the area was spotless and the roof perfect! We couldnt recommend them more!!! Michael Torres and Wiser Roofing were referred to me and I'm very glad I reached out. It started as an expected small patch job, and Michael came out to do an inspection, replete with very detailed report. The final project turned into a full roof replacement, new gutters, chimney repair, and roof over my porch. Michael was responsive and very communicative, making sure I understood what was what and why it was necessary from the very start of the project. Honest and direct in his responses.
