We recently had all 27 of our windows replaced plus a very tall sliding glass door on our 22 year old home. The full frame replacement is the ONLY way to go- dont waste your time and money doing pocket replacements. Our house is more insulated than I could have ever imagined- the heat stays in and were already saving so much on energy. Not to mention they look absolutely beautiful. Todd and his entire team and crew are AMAZING. We are very fortunate to have found them. They were extremely attentive, on time, professional, very knowledgeable, experienced, etc., etc. I could go on forever. They also cleaned up afterwards! Were so pleased with this company. Another job well done by Todd and crew. Windows doors and more installed all windows at our previous home in Apex in 2016. Had a great experience then ( no problems what so ever) reduced our utility bills by a good 30% . We have recently sold the house and had Todd do our new location. We could not be happier with the windows and doors from Windows, Doors & More as well as the owner (Todd) and the crew who did our work (Jacob, Steve and Ian). Ours is a large house (5,000 sq. ft) and we had 20+ windows replaced along with 8 doors (4 hinged and 4 fixed). Several of the windows were HUGE (almost 2-story) with half moons. Todd was helpful, thorough, responsive and communicative throughout the process. And the crew that did the installation were excellent! Not only did they do a wonderful job of installation but their professionalism was next to none. They set up each morning, carefully covering and protecting and moving everything. And at the end of each day they thoroughly cleaned, vacuumed and tidied up the entire work area. Including the driveway!! We could not be happier with the whole process. And I very thoroughly researched the windows and doors and found nothing but great reviews in comparing them to some of the other window brands available --- including brands that flood you with advertising, which of course you pay for in the cost of the window!!
