The receptionist Monica is extremely rude and snide. She told me the consult is 1.5 hours and I MUST be there the entire time. Ive had several other quotes that took 30mins so not sure why theirs takes so long. Due to having to schedule a 90min quote I sent my mom to get the quote so I could continue working during my business hours. Sales guy told my mom and told her he could not do the quote since she was not the decision maker and said he would get fired for proceeding with the quote even after calling his boss to confirm. My mom knew exactly what I wanted out of a window so not sure why her being there was not sufficient. He left the house without taking any measurements or giving a quote. Gladly took my business to Window World who gives efficient quotes and has stellar customer service. This place seems like they are just in it to upsell you on windows, suggest taking your business elsewhere.

From the moment salesperson Daniel stepped in our house to do the presentation we were impressed with not just the quality of the window but his professionalism. Windows took a while to be custom made but we were made aware of this from the beginning and did not mind the wait. Once they came to install they were quick, clean, detailed, and again very professional. We really love the windows, they look great and we can tell how the heat has stayed out and the rooms are cooler, specially upstairs. During the whole process Daniel has been staying in touch to check everything was going good. We absolutely recommend this company and their windows and we cant wait to do the other half of the windows. Money well spent!

We had an excellent experience with Danny who came and took measurements of all our windows, gave us a product demo, and stepped us through our quote with some financing options. From start to finish he was incredibly professional, friendly, and detailed and he was able to answer all the questions we had! Top notch service.

Gene, did a great presentation on the product and it has surpassed my expectations. Mark and the installers were professional, neat and thorough with the installation process. So, met with Dan, who provided great insight on a front door replacement. I would definitely recommend this company and there guys for your home beautification needs! This window installers came out on 12/7. The windows are in, have not fallen out and my mother likes them that is why it is a 3. I can say I would not reuse this company just due to the high pressure sales, lack of proper communication, one of the installers Goodfellas (the movie) mannerisms at the end of the installation ( Do not know if that was supposed to be a joke?!) and the expectation to give a review at the end of installation (while the installer stood over me until I went outside), I have only had the windows but a minute. The entire process was not worth the stress of not knowing an estimated date (waiting over 3 months) and missing out on an once in a lifetime trip overseas(hints needing a date). When I think about it Window worlds windows look and functions the same as these. Service: Window installation
