From sales to service, this company is great. You can call and actually speak to someone who has knowledge of the products they sell. Their service tech, Mike is super helpful and extremely versed in all things spas. 10/10 will recommend CP&S!

What a great group of folks here! We had a bad experience purchasing a brand new hot tub somewhere else and it leaked day one, so we returned it and decided on Choice and to buy local. Delivery was WAY better but when we were ready to fill it up, this one leaked as well. We were devastated, and went the very next morning on a rainy Saturday and discussed our problem with Eileen, who immediately set up an appointment with their service tech Mike P. who came out to our house literally within the next two hours. He quickly trouble-shot the problem (loose housing - simple fix) and stayed until the tub was full and verified everything was in perfect order! He helped walk me thru the instrument panel and showed me all the functions. He was one of the most helpful and courteous techs I've ever met, and he even refused a cash tip when he was leaving, and just asked me to continue to patronize Choice for supplies, and we certainly will! Thank you Mike P. and Eileen and Lou! You are all assets to your company and certainly back the products that you sell!

Good people but after a while, couldnt get them to respond to problems I was having for months. Fireplace Island came with the damage door after months of requests. It still has not been replaced. Spa was serviced and jets were broken during the service call. Been trying to get them replaced for months.

Had stopped in prior to today to look at spas. Just got scammed by their website's "enter your email and phone to shop our sale" offer, which makes you think that if you give them that info then you can see the prices. Nope, it sends you to an image to screenshot and bring to the showroom. Just scamming people to get potential customer's contact info. Then... I go down to the showroom to see these sales, and the showroom is closed during their business hours. Doors locked, no one answering phone, sign on the gate saying they are at the State Fair and re-opening 10/13. This is 10/15. All cash buyer, was willing to buy today, will never buy from this place now. At this point I would expect to get the thing home and for it not to work, and for them not to make it right. Comes across as a skeazy local shop lacking professionalism. Never coming back. This is why people buy from big box stores. It's not just the prices.
