Renewed my lease with the new name and owners. God, what a mistake. Rent was raised over 300 dollars a month overnight. I was led to believe that all the apartments were eventually going to be renovated. That was not the case. They lied to me to get me to renew my lease. Now, 4 months into a contract They now tell me, after many attempts to get a straight answer, that my unit was not on the list to be renovated. It took a week to get someone to come fix our leaking toilet. They refused to fix a cabinet that had mold growing due to a pipe leak. This service is horrible. The fixes are cheap, and the promises are lies. I tried to review them on Facebook but they deleted the images of all the damage inside my apartment. Now they are censorshing reviews because they are afraid of backlash. Do not give these thieves a penny. Renters beware. That's cute William since you are not a real person. You are one of the ladies in the front apartment using the sir name to protect your identity. Talks have led to nothing but more roadblocks. How about you update current tenants and new coming tenants about the 2 SHOOTINGS IN THE PAST SEVERAL MONTHS HERE. YOU ARE TRASH AND YOU KNOW IT!!!!!!!! LIED TO ME SND MY WIFE. ASKED TO MOVE OVER A UNIT TO A REFERBISHED ONE. WE WERE TOLD WE COULDNT BECAUSE IT WAS A DISPLAY UNIT. NOW NEW TENANTS ARE MOVING IN.

Zoe helped me apply and get into my apartment within 24 hours. She was professional, listened to my needs and budget, gave honest input and made sure to find the perfect home for me and my child. All the ladies in the office were kind, welcoming and helpful.
The apartment is newly renovated, affordable and the pool and fitness center is elaborate and an amenity that Im grateful for!
I love the private garden off the bedroom, and the apartment is top notch for the price.
Application fee was waived , deposit waived due to me being on their preferred employer list, and March is only $200 as a move in special. This place rocks!
Ive also been in the neighborhood at different times of the day and evening- very quiet and low traffic area.

If you are looking for affordable housing or you need assistance in any way stay away from this place. They lie about the requirements and pretend they are doing a promotional period where they waive application fees . I spoke with a woman by the name of ASIA, who failed to mention (even after being asked) what were the rental requirements. They run your credit and do not make you aware of it until you realize your score dropped. Stop wasting people time and give them your requirements upfront. Stop lying to people.
