        USPS doesn't have to provide customer service or perform to any standard. they can just sit back and wait for the next taxpayer bailout after losing billions every year. worthless is spelled 'usps". I actually feel sorry for the postmaster. there is nothing you can do that deserves being sentenced to serve here!

        understaffed constantly (staff that is there is nice) have to wait in line and go inside to retrieve mail that should be boxed unreliable postal service!
