They get away with so much here. So glad I'm leaving and that's the only reason why I didn't knock the lady with a big attitude out! Fix this problem before the community do!!!

Ever since we have got a new mail person they leave the package on the side of the garage while its raining and my packages are soaking wet . Its fine to leave on side of garage but at least cover with plastic or walk to the front porch where there is shelter so the package dont get soaking wet. Ups wraps our packages with plastic, so why is it so hard for usps to do that. I wish our old mail lady was still working there. She was great!

Hello everyone. I would like to give this place negative stars. Ex employee here. Everybody knows this post office is a train wreck. Raleigh office know everything going on. They dont care. I use to work there. Good luck talking civilly to the postmaster or anyone else in particular. I really wish I could give no stars. They tell you literally dont deliver mail. Also they deliver your mail to the wrong place on purpose. They dont walk up on purpose. Postmaster doesnt talk to anyone just like to gaslight you into believing she listens. One of the supervisors is a customer service supervisor yet she on the floor running things. If you think its someone above this hell hole. Youre mistaken the post office dont care about the people. The people in Raleigh laugh at the dysfunctional system in Wilson I seen it. Act like they gonna do something about it and nothing changes. The usps needs real leadership not this nonsensical I had it rough so you gone have twice as rough nonsense. Your postal workers are over worked underpaid undervalued and dehumanized. ALSO postmaster and both of her supervisors like to play with people money and hours. So if your packages are misdelivered broken destroyed or misshipped I can tell you why. In that building they throw your items around from 10ft and better basketball shooting your fragile packages from here to there. Oh they dont answer the phone on purpose. What you expect the postmaster has her boss on speaker phone muted when he talks while she laughs and this is management. From 7am to 8 pm this is going on daily. The usps system is broken. Oh they hold your mail if they dont feel like walking or delivering it. Did you know the post office is not a federal career. Its quasi federal. The postmaster watches yall pull up every day and tell her employees to tell you she not there or busy she right there watching you until you leave. Supervisor arent on lunch ever dont let them lie to you they at the desk watching your calls and talking about how you people in Wilson gets on their nerves. Before I end this i just want to say hello to the whole Mercer st post office. I by the way think Wilson deserves better but hey Im just a ex employee who live in another city. What do I know? Check your cars to they definitely be playing bumper cars with yall vehicles too.
