      image after a VERY negative experience at the Jackson Hewitt in my hometown (Goldsboro) my momma found one open in Wilson- in the Walmart-we got there(TEN minutes before her clock out!) and the young lady working, her name is zephaniah which means hidden by god. A symbol of gods protection. And surely. She was my angel today.
      she was so sweet and so caring. She couldve told me no but she didnt. She sat and patiently explained the process and was very reassuring throughout our visit. I am VERY pleased with her amazing customer service and how personable she is. Give that girl a raise! She DESERVES it. She has me as a customer for life.
