I went there to have an alignment for my motorhome I specifically told Larry Davis that the steering wheel was off center and can you center it sure he said but I will double check well 2 hrs. later he comes out and says you're ready after I paid $194.00 then he says oh we couldn't center the steering wheel you will have to take it somewhere else I asked why he said that because the steering wheel has an airbag mind you that when he went to the vehicle to get the mileage he saw that it had an airbag. Very disappointed it seems like people are taking advantage of you just because they can. Now they makes you wonder about the other departments of White's International.

Took them a brand new truck for a color change. One year later after 3 complete repaints I still have issues that were never resolved an have new issues now as before..huge blisters with peeling paint. Trim was damaged,turn signals hooked up wrong,door panels left unpainted with final coat,buffer damages to certain plastic that wasn't removed,continued arguing with the staff about it being incomplete ended in me just washing my hands of them with several items damaged an unpainted...only to keep having more issues.
