        Cannot beat the customer service that Estes always provides. The terminal folks always answer the phone, are knowledgeable about what is going on and happy to help. Deliveries are always on time, and they're always able to make last-minute pickups happen, even loading the truck themselves if we need to leave before they arrive. We never use another carrier.

        Estes has helped my company out several times in the past. We have had so much product going out a couple times that the driver had unloaded and came back to pick up the rest. I would refer them to anyone. Freight is always on time and updated tracking on everything that is shipped.
