The hotel was good. Room was clean people are friendly. I only gave 4 stars because the building is getting a little old and dated. But the price is great for what you get! The free breakfast was pretty good too!

Michelle Hayes made our stay pleasant. She was very helpful and addressed our concerns. I will make it point to stay here next time I visit Grand forks. Rooms: Rooms were clean

The staff are top notch. Everytime I've been here, they have gone above and beyond. Yes, it's a bit dated, but clean and the beds are comfy. I like that i dont hear the neighbours conversations and tv. Plus you get mini fridge and microwave. The pool area needs updating, but it's quiet. Breakfast choices in morning are awesome and once again the staff are so nice and attentive.

Nice little place to stay right off the interstate when roads get icey, and you slide off the road & have to get towed out, then can't drive the hour home on the scary icey roads, cuz you're now traumatized. And have your sick cat who just had emergency surgery. Thanks again for allowing pets! The housekeeper was also kind enough to loan me her charger box, so I could keep my phone charged, since I didn't plan on an overnight stay. Which ended up being 2 sadly.
