Travelodge by Wyndham Grand Forks

This hotel isn’t even worth 1 star...Our room was disgusting and unsafe. We had 2 double beds- the first one had dirty sheets and smelled like old spice, the second bed had a missing headboard-when we moved the pillows there were holes in the wall where the headboard use to be, the smoke detector was hanging by duct tape on the wall, there was an open electrical outlet with no cover literally right next to the bathroom sink(very unsafe). The sheets did not fit on the bed and so the mattress was exposed(disgusting).. so do not stay here. Spend a little extra and go somewhere else-this place is unsafe and filthy.

Advertises pool and hot tub but hasn't been operational since June 2018. They offered the pool and hot tub at their affiliate hotel and their pool's heater wasn't working and hot tub bubbles not working. Hot tub was also FULL of kids who were probably trying to warm up from the cold pool. Outside door lock broken so anyone could get in. House keeping did not clean room. Had to get new towels ourselves. Hallway smells musty. Very run down. Won't stay there again.

My wife and I are currently staying in this wonderful hotel. The hotel has great amenities, as well as very spacious very clean rooms, however, that's not what makes staying here such a great experience, the best part of this quaint little hotel would have to be the front desk employee for the night time check-in. Not only was Brandon very knowledgeable, but he was also exceptionally fast and courteous, he was able to answer any and all of our questions in a way that we were able to understand at 3 in the morning after driving for 20+ hours. Brandon got us checked in right away at an amazing price. I could not have had a better experience. We will definitely be staying at this hotel any and every time we are in Grand Forks. Honestly, I would drive 100 miles out of my way just to stay at this lovely hotel.
