With four kids, we were disappointed with Altos restaurant; they made us wait 50 minutes. While we were only getting some water and our drinks after 50 minutes, we were supposed to leave the restaurant without getting any food as the kids were too hungry. Our only option to get them a quick meal was a fast food then. Despite asking the server, no manager came to address our concerns. Too frustrating!

Came for a concert so it was awesome being connected to the alerus center. The main floor of the hotel was massive and had plenty of space and different business to hang out in.. We had drinks in the pub and breakfast at altos and both had good service. We did find some *illegal substance* in our room and management was quick to remove it. Jeff was pleasant to deal with and gave us a discount for the inconvenience. To be fair it was found stashed on top of the cabinet/closet so its hard to expect a housekeeper to check up there every time in every room. If it werent for that I would have have thought this place was badass but it does kind of highlight the stay. Overall was a good stay and we will book here again if we come to another event at the alerus center
