    If I could give zero stars I would. I called this company for new insurance rates for my auto policy. A lady by the name of Patty answered and she informed me everyone was busy but I'd get a call back when someone was available...I never received a call back. If you don't want/need the business just inform the person on the phone rather giving that person a sense of false hope. Glad I took my business elsewhere.

    This is a really bad insurance company customer service wise. I was with them for 4 years. At sign up they were really helpful and easy to get started with. Recently they decided to raise my insurance rates up to $194 a month which for me being 47 with a perfect record was mind boggling! When I told them that was way too much they started being extremely rude to me. When I would call them they were very rude on the phone and quick to rush me off the phone. So I decided to show up in person. That way they couldn't just rush me off the phone. I told them I wanted to cancel my insurance and they were quick to pull up a form so I could do that. Then when I had a few questions for them they kicked me out of the office. They only wanted money out of me but didn't want to provide any type of customer service. They are extremely unprofessional and I definitely would not recommend them to anyone! Mr dwyer himself told me that within a few weeks of me canceling my insurance with him I'd receive a cancelation letter and a unused insurance refund from corporate auto owners insurance office. Noether one of these things happened. I actually got more money taken out of my checking account and no letter. I called auto owners corporate office to see why. They said i was paying in the rear so they had to charge me 1 more time for the short period of the last month up to the time I canceled, which they did. That I'd receive no refund, because I was paying in the rear. They also told me that when a customer cancels thier policy they don't get a cancelation letter. They only get it when auto owners insurance cancels it on the customer. Crazy how this office doesn't even know anything about the insurance they're selling! What a horrible agent this is! Smh
