        Very poor experience. Service done for issues with starting car , charges almost $600 , car wouldnt start the same day called was told to have car towed back . Requested to speak with mechanic denied . Long story short issue discovered by another mechanic went back to speak with Tongda as the issue involved what I had initially paid them to service and all I received was an argument from the front desk( in front of another customer ) . Sent an email to discuss issue with owner and never received a response .

        I was visiting friends in Ohio when my car died. TongDa came through on a Saturday afternoon and had my car diagnosed and fixed quickly and expertly. I would have had to miss work. I felt they were trustworthy, and excellent overall. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!
