Chase Bank

I came in this morning with $1200 in ones to deposit. Now I tried my best to make them all flat and face the same way, but this is still a tedious task for a teller. I tried to come in during a time that would be slower. The gentleman who assisted me was so polite, so friendly, and didn't bat an eye when I gave him a bag of $1 bills! He did it efficiently, processed all of them, and provided me with a smile and a thank you. I know how difficult that job can be when you have other people in line or you have other tasks to do. But he did it quickly and with so much professionalism I was impressed. This area has a large Somalian population and a few clients came in while I was waiting for the money to be processed they were treated so kindly and patiently even when it was hard to understand what they were saying (English is a second language) and I just admired the way they acted and treated their clients. It's the reason I've been with Chase Bank since 1997. I just wanted to offer a HUGE thank you to the tellers who worked so hard and so professionally it was a joy to see that the bank I trust to handle my accounts cares about their customers just as much. Keep up the great work!!!

Bank teller was very kind and professional, no line and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.

Very bad customer service, was trying open saving accounts which I cloud not do online, I had to come this branch, its literally empty, I have been sitting here for while to help me someone since they told me to wait, no respect for minorities community, two customers already left
