I can't tell you how thankful I am to have come in contact with this amazing business filled with amazing people. We were treated like family and it made a tough time a lot more pleasant.

Battiste LaFleur did a special St. Patrick's Day arrangement for me every year. I'd give them a vase and the color palate and they would design a unique arrangement. Always terrific. We moved away from Columbus a couple years ago and I haven't been able to find anyone close to their talent.

This florists prices are outrageous for what they create. The quality of flowers used were the cheapest they could find. It seems as though they cut corners to maximize profit. The flowers wilted in under 24 hours. Dont waste your money here, there are far better options in Columbus.

NO DELIVERY. NO REFUND. Do not give them your business. Here is my experience with them: I am a deployed member of the US Navy. I ordered my wife a bouquet of flowers by visiting their website to give her well wishes on a day that would likely be hard for her. I ordered from Battiste LaFleur because I wanted to give a local Columbus shop my business rather than go with a 1-800 Flowers or FTD. I ordered two weeks in advance for a delivery date of 16 January. Which happened to be MLK Day. I knew it was MLK day and I was surprised to see it available for delivery on their website. That Monday comes around and nothing was delivered. I contacted the business to ask what happened and they sent back a snarky email about how they shouldnt be expected to work on MLK day. Im glad they recognized the significance of the day, but they did not communicate their closing on their website nor their ordering calendar. Also, they had the opportunity to reach out via email or phone call to explain that they are not working on the day requested, but they did not take the opportunity. I then proceeded to ask for my money back. Here I am a week after, with no refund. I sent another email to them to which I havent gotten a reply. My next step is contacting the BBB of Ohio. Dont give these crooks your money!
