I stopped by on a whim to get some fresh flowers. The staff showed me the selection and I immediately saw how beautiful their tulips selections are. I bought two different colors. They are fresh and beautiful!

Kimmie and team at 5th Ave do a great job. I know I can call in and order an arrangement and it will be too top notch every time. I have been using them since 2005. They never let me down. Best part is my wife loves them

The floral spray we ordered for the memorial service for our mother /mother in law. it was absolutely gorgeous! we ask for different flowers than the picture with what colors we liked it was done to perfection. we were so pleased and grateful that so much care and thought was put into it. thank you 5th ave florist! we will be recommending you to everyone we know.

Terrible shopping experience. The actual product starkly contrasts with the enticing images showcased on the website. The customer service provided is unquestionably the most abysmal I have ever encountered.
I had two separate instances of purchasing flowers from this establishment, and both landed in profound disappointment.
The first time, I was buying a vase of flowers for Valentine's Day. Regrettably, the bouquet was smaller than my expectations, though it is worth noting that I had opted for the standard choice (still amounting to $60). The roses exhibited signs of decay, with the petals of each rose curling at the edges. Had my interactions concluded here, I might have reluctantly granted a 4/5 rating for an overprised store peddling subpar blossoms.
What truly astounded me was my second interaction. I purchased the 'red hot roses boxed' arrangement for a proposal, at the cost of $70. The online depiction showcased roses wrapped in black paper and a red silk ribbon, presented within an elegant paper box. The reality was a far cry from this portrayal. The dozen roses arrived encased within a plastic box akin to an oversized tamper-evident food container. It even has a large edge for easy-opening. The red silk ribbon had been replaced by a frail strip of cloth. Upon contacting the shop to address this inconsistency, I was informed that they had long ceased collaboration with the paper box supplier, shifting to plastic containers. I pointed out that there is an absence of any indication about differing packaging on their website (which, I just checked, is updated with a small print that reads 'Packaged in a clear box', but the picture remains changed). The store attendant responded with an indifferent 'ok bring it back and we'll refund you'. It drove me nuts as my proposal was mere hours away and I didn't have a backup plan for the flowers. I tried to emphasize the significance of this and asked if they could offer a different packing, but the attendant did not even listen and just repeated 'bring it back and we'll refund' before hanging up on me rudely.
I ended up returning the flowers, and run to the nearest supermarket to get a replacement bouquet. By the way, it has been 3 weeks since I returned the rose box, and I'M STILL NOT SEEING MY REFUND yet.
In summation, really horrible experience. Over pricing, misleading advertising, substandard floral products, and rude attendant. DO NOT waste your money if it is for any important occasions.

Its 2:44 on Saturday and your hours posted are until 3pm. Doors locked, kinda screwed up my plan today. Disappointing.
Edited: changed to 4 stars cause I do genuinely like this place. Still a little salty though.
