        I had a fantastic experience with the hotel staff at Residence Inn Polaris in Columbus, Ohio. When my grandparents mistakenly booked a same day reservation at the wrong location, the staff went above and beyond to assist me in canceling the reservation and issuing a full refund promptly. Their kindness and understanding made a stressful situation much easier to handle. I'm truly grateful for their exceptional customer service and willingness to accommodate our needs. Highly recommend this hotel for their helpful and compassionate staff!
