Worst place you can imagine. The dentist himself doesnt know what hes doing. The hygienists are doing the best they can with zero help. He did much more harm to my mouth than help. I wish I never went there

I currently am a patient at MVH dental Center. I cracked a filling and could not get in until the 25th there. I shared ALL info on the phone with them. I reached out the Dr. Bekals office as they take my ins. When I arrived, I was left sitting in a room for 45 min because they wanted to know if I was switching dentists. I explained I wanted to meet staff and my dentist before making a commitment. For me its important Im comfortable. The girl never came back in. I didnt know it was a cardinal sin to see another dentust in an emergency. Ridiculous horrible customer care!
