The phone was not hooked and could not even find where to hook it up. I had to call them from my cell phone to let them know that the shower wasnt working when he came he couldnt didnt fix it. They offered to move it to a new room by that time was check out time. Of course they wouldnt offer me any type of refund.

The stay has been amazing! Im waiting to move into my new place and Mr.Sunny and Lucy have been top tier!!! Would def recommend and come back thank you all for the hospitality

We had a great experience here. It has been a long long time since we have had a hotel breakfast like this. Biscuits and gravy!! The gravy was not run down and was very thick. The OJ was tangy and delicious. Flavor of the day waffles were good although we never figured out what the flavor was. Good selection of pastries which I love to have with my coffee in the morning. The room was clean as well. It almost looked like they repainted the walls recently. Our sheets had no stains or holes whatsoever! The fridge and microwave were spotless as well. I was a little nervous after reading some reviews but we personally had a great experience. The tub was clean. The toilet was a little old especially the seat. Overall, it was a wonderful stay. Did not see anybody who looked like they live here. There must have been a conference or something though because there were a lot of people from out of town who knew each other and were chatting during breakfast. Also right across the street from a Walmart.

I am glad I am just passing through. To start, there is only one lamp, and it's on the desk. There is no bedside lamp. The TV remote wouldn't work. The clerk said they were out of batteries and that I could "complain to the manager in the morning. " I suggested he get a remote from another room. He said they were reserved. Yes... so was mine, and I am already here. I asked for something to clean white slatter from the headboard. He proceeded to pick up an unmarked spray bottle but admitted he didn't know what was in it. No, thank you. So he handed me a dry raggedy rag. He went back to sitting and eating, although he said he'd bring a remote. I plugged the tv into the lamp, and it worked. The heat was on 86 when we came into the room, m by the way. The toilet seat will need to be lined with toilet paper to even sit on it even though I had to dig out the antibacterial wipes from my van to clean a room that should have been cleaned. When checking the beds for bed bugs, there's a beer can and a sock on the floor at the top of the bed. This makes me question if the sheets are fresh. The overall general upkeep is pretty nasty. I need some sleep and get back on the road. The paint is chipped. The lamp shade has water stains. There is makeup on the wall at the sink. There is NO shower curtain on the bar. The hand towel is so dirty looking I'll be using that to add to the bath mat. I'll wear flip flops in the shower. I should be suspicious when Priceline says no refunds. Even though the price was low, I expected at least cleanliness. Baymont came in like the old Holiday Inn. Now they are not even that Noteworthy details: It's dirty and the night clerk could care less.
