        Low budget. Heat controlled until June! Window Air Conditioning, not up to code. Small apartments. Petty parking spot. Dumpsters with trash bags hanging out. Projects look better than this trashy dump.

        First off I just want to say that there isn't no new owner it's the same person anyone reading these reviews just know that every single one of them is spot on my experience was I pay the application fee waited 2 weeks to hear back from them then they said I was approved then they call and want me to pay a full deposit before I've even signed a lease saying that they need the money to fix up the apartment I was moving into which was already supposed to be ready they are scammers that only care about money
