We had been searching for months for a new fireplace. We had a few quotes that were extremely high, others that didn't return calls or didn't service our area We were in great need for a secondary heat source fire place since all we have is electric heat . I was given Affordables name and John was very responsive, and friendly, he was at our home the same day, gave us a quote that was very reasonable and did an excellent job at explaining the process. & benefits of our new fireplace. The time span from the signing the agreement to installation was 3 1/2 weeks and they did a very professional install and needed do to some custome work and did not charge us. Great service I've had them out to install a fireplace insert last year and called them up to clean the chimney they are very knowledgeable about what they do and work as fast as possible so you can enjoy the rest of your day
