Scott and his guys carpeted our family room and three bedrooms. They did an amazing job! They were professional and definitely know what theyre doing. Flawless Flooring is for real! They installed carpet in the upstairs of our bungalow and the outcome was amazing. His knowledge and business acumen are both top notch. He was very honest and together we came up with what would work best for our needs. We are extremely happy with their work. So much so we decided to have our basement stairs carpeted as well. Scott came and out our new carpet in after the first of the year. He was courteous, professional, clean, and very detailed oriented. He even went above and beyond when we realized that we had ordered the wrong amount of carpeting he contacted the store and fixed the problem and even went out of his way to go to a different location to make sure we had the correct amount of carpeting! I cant thank him enough for the awesome work that he did!! And let me tell you about my gorgeous stairs!!!!! He will be our go to for all our new flooring needs!!!!!
