        After being referred from a boss, I met with Ron to speak about my very first loan and home purchase. I wasnt sure if buying a house was in my reach. I wasnt taking the standard route. I had no Relator, no Advisor. Ron helped me with all those related questions as well as all the basics for a first time homebuyer. Ron was honest, understanding and thorough. I had a lot going on in my life at the time, yet working with Mr. Erdmann at Benchmark had made the whole process smooth and stress free. I have had my home for six months now and couldnt be happier.
