FedEx Office Print & Ship Center

Every time I go to FedEx there is one person named Damon on Bancroft St. Who always has the time and patience to help me with whatever I need help for. I am so thankful that he works there.

Polite and professional. I was greeted when I walked through the door and asked if I needed help. Damon took the time to show me how the self service options have updated, he was extremely helpful.

I make regular orders from different Fedex office stores across the country for my business and I must say the service in this specific store , relatively to other Fedex stores, and objectively as a customer, is the worst. There isn't a task small enough that it isn't over their head. Simply a bunch if highly incompetent people! If you can - Stay away!
