Upon checking in, The person behind the counter didn't listen very well and responses couldn't be heard. He said something about breakfast and when asked what was said he didn't repeat it. A lot of people I spoke with had confusion about the breakfast situation. The place is as always quiet which is something I love about this place. The room was not very clean though specifically the bathroom. There were long hairs on the toilet, hairs in the shower , the floor and some kind of residue on the shower doors. And the power cord was unplugged from the back of the TV. I always recommend Holiday inn over other places, but I was slightly disappointed in my stay this time. I hope my next day at this location is better.

They have a great reptile show every month! It's on a Sunday. Cincity reptile show! I don't know anything about the hotel itself other than it has a bar and a restaurant.

The hotel is located close to the highway and some restaurants in the area. Overall, the room was ok with fairly comfortable beds. The issue was the cleanliness of the bathroom. I dont have the highest of standards, but somebody really needs to thoroughly clean the showers and re-grout the whole thing. The images below are not just from one room, but two separate rooms both with the same issue.

I attended a buffet dinner at this hotel last week. They ran out of salad, vegetables and cutlery. Eventually the staff brought out white rice with cauliflower to replace the roasted vegetables. I didn't stay there but those that did say the hotel ran out of facial tissues! Serious supply chain problems here.
