We are staying here the first night in anticipation of starting the 1st leg of the Butler County Donut Trail. I loved the look of this place. It is near most everything. They have fresh coffee and hot water for Tea, 24 hours in the lobby. The room was very very clean and bright. I love the 65/70 TV. The room pictures on the website are exactly what I saw when I walked in the room (sorry no bed pics). The bathroom was clean but only 1 bath towel on the rack in a room for 2. Ill get back in the morning about the breakfast. Breakfast was quick and just enough not to make you sluggish before a big day looking for donut shops on the Donut Trail

It used to be much better then it got worst. Under new management now so hopefully it'll get better again

We weren't expecting to get a room, but the weather had other plans. The whole experience was wonderful, from checkin to checkout. Skimming the through the negative reviews, it's laughable the things they were commenting on. This place was wonderful, and in the future I will look for the Avid brand. Too many hotels focus on this over consumption that everyone seems to need. The rooms were smaller than others, but that space is maximized and feels just right. Thanks for providing a great place to sleep, and start the next day!

We had booked 2 rooms for my employees. Unfortunately, due to weather conditions, they arrived at the hotel at 3AM. The front desk person said they canceled the reservation due to "No-Show". We tried to explain it but the person made us pay for two new reservations. Incredible lack of consideration and respect, after all, we did pay for the 2 rooms until 11AM, the time for checkout! We will never stay at this hotel chain again.
