Townhomes at Fairways

Communication was horrible with leasing managers. They also put the incorrect social number for me and declined my application for their wrong doing. They told me I did not make the requirement of Income and I know I did. This place is definitely no where I would want to live due to the HORRIBLEEEEE STAFFING !! If I were you I would not even think about applying here.

I lived here for years until the sale to incompetent Staff and maintenance changed 4yrs ago. Nothing was repaired in timely matter from leaks, maintenance that steals and when I lived there assigned parking was implemented. I moved because of lack of compassion for all the ppl concerned of safety and paying close to 1k and not be able to park in front of my unit after 12hrs shift is crazy. When I lived there 11yrs before moving. No this is the right property. Shana and Miami were in office and was Excell and maintenance. I moved when you changed the name and property went down. Still 1star

This place is so nasty was never recommend rent in one of these they charge way too much for them to be infested with cockroaches they are literally in the walls coming out the light fixtures from the doors the fridge not worth $1,200 a month would not be worth $200 a month they're putting money in stuff to make rent more but not fixing the bug for the people that are moving for the people that are moving out they should have to buy all new electronics for them cuz I can't take noneout for that reason they should have to replace all the stuff

1,325 for moldy homes, no communication with the office unless you walk up there and empty reassurance if you end up meeting with them

I lived here from 2015 - 2023, so I am in a perfect position to tell you DO NOT MOVE HERE!! With each new management company, I have witnessed the decline in the property and the people they rent to (there were three management companies during my tenancy). The place is a slum, and like any slum, they always change the name when they take over. It used to be Shaker Square but they changed the name to give a fake refresh which is nothing more than a red herring to hide the fact that this place is atrocious. When I left in spring 2023, maintenance was a joke, the office staff was illiterate, the property was raggedy and looked trifling, a neighbor told me her car had been broken in to and the tenants they were letting in is a topic in itself. The people and their bad kids were just as trifling as the property. Living there since 2015, I was under market rate but I always paid on time and even early, but they got greedy and rather than continue accepting my on time rent as a long time tenant, they chose not to renew my lease, so they could "remodel" my unit and gave me the opportunity to move in to another remodeled unit. Hell no. For the price they want, I found something way better, with more amenities and better office and maintenance staff. Keep looking and do not give these raggedy people your money.
