Jeff is by far the most knowledgeable transmission and mechanic I have met. He has rebuilt multiple automatic and manual transmissions for me and my family. I have been using his shop for over 40 years and I live over 50 miles away.

Lady who runs U-Haul was rude. Dont be so uptight you work as a U-Haul rep in a nasty transmission store. If you dont like it get a new job.

We've had our 2010 Ford F-250 diesel truck to 3 different repair shops. Not one could figure out why it wasn't shifting correctly. After Builders Transmission's inital diagnosis, we were happy to hear it was somehwhat of a simply repair, changing a fan motor. Upon picking it up, we were ELATED to find it was a sensor issue and a drastic lesser fee for this repair. Obviously this is not the case for every situation, but we truly apprecaited their honesty and skills in getting to the root of our truck's problem!
