I been a customer for many years now and I have gotten nothing but great and friendly service. They are very efficient and answer all my questions even today when I had Megan ONeill on the phone after closing time. I would recommend Monica Baker agency to everyone.

Nothing but good things to say about all the staff at this office, especially Megan. I usually hate the idea of having to call and speak to insurance but every time I have, they have made it real comfortable and easy. Ive been a customer for 5+ years and couldnt imagine using anyone else!

Megan was great she helped me with a quote that lowered my insurance in half will definitely be recommending her to all my friends and family.

Monica Baker was a great help with my recent homeowner's policy update - very knowledgeable and was able to correct several policy details which I would have never caught on my own (and for which my previous agent of 20 years failed to catch). Bottom line: I have materially better coverage and she was able to tweak a few things that actually ended up saving me on my annual premium. More for less ... how often does that happen these days?
