My brother ended up in an assisted living - his truck had not been driven for 2 years - insurance was paid during this whole time. When my brother went to assisted living I paid the truck insurance through end of January. The truck was sold first of February. I called Brian as a courtesy - he told me I owed him 75.00. I told him the truck was sold and the insurance was paid up to that point. He said if I didn't pay him 75.00 he would sent it to collections - which he did. He was verbally aggressive and tried to intimidate me. I I hadn't called, the company would have terminated insurance policy, I tried to do the right thing and he tries to muscle money out of me. Terrible agent - go somewhere else.

In 2020 I was with Geico Insurance and needed to lower my bill. I got ahold of Brian Hinshaw at Allstate here in the Tulsa area. He was able to get me a lower Insurance rate along with Renters Insurance cheaper than what I was paying at Geico. I am a senior citizen and being able to save money was so helpful.
