This hotel is an absolute SCAM!!!! This reservation was made by mistake. Booked through Priceline,this hotel shows a Texas location,so we booked it. After it was paid for we realized it was in elk city. Within 5 minutes I contacted the hotel to let them know the situation. We were 300 miles away and there was no way we would be there in that location. They assured me when the manager arrived I would be refunded and the night clerk understood the situation. Contacted the manager this morning and they were not helpful what so ever. They said because I was a no call no show(THAT IS A LIE,I CALLED TWICE) that I will not be refunded. I will not start sharing my story until I receive my refund for $68.97.

Of all the motels/hotels I've been in this has by far been my favorite there's a good breakfast the rooms are clean and very nice decent size TV with plenty of channels ice machine the bathrooms are roomy with handicap bars everytime I go past it I tell my girlfriend I love that hotel.. so if you're in the area skip the cheap motels and the overpriced motels you aren't gonna find a nicer motel and for $76 you won't find better Rooms: Very nice and clean Food & drinks: Free breakfast and vending machines for your midnight snacks

Most comfortable bed Ive ever slept in. Oh and Julie at the front desk who works nights is awesome.

We checked in today at 6pm. The first room we entered was used and very dirty. Went back to checkin and told the front desk clerk that the room was dirty. She apologized and gave us a new room and hoped it was better. I checked all the things in the room. There was no shampoo, the lotion and conditioner had been obviously used, but left for the next guest. The sink and shower drains very slow and the rooms are very rundown. My husband went downstairs and I called Hotwire. I spoke with an agent at Hotwire and she called the hotel and asked for a full refund, but the hotel refused. My husband returned from the front desk with no shampoo because the hotel is out!! Stay at your own risk!! We had been traveling all day and too tired to move and take the loss.
