        I had a great experience with National Car Rental. I rented it from Ft. Lauderdale and the desk attendant was awesome. Super sweet. Then the crew in the garage was very helpful and answered any questions I had. I returned the car at the Orlando airport and they were great as well. I will definitely use them again.

        DO NOT RENT FROM NATIONAL CAR RENTAL. Shame on National Car Rental. Given the national crisis with the airport industry my flight from Dallas has been cancelled. I can only fly from OKC. National has charged me an additional $225 to change drop off location. Shame on you. You have done a great job losing a customer. I waited for a call back all day from the DFW area manager. Not the way you treat the family of a US Armed Forces Service member. Still waiting...
