        I wish I could give zero stars the absolute worst insurance company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. Every lady in the entire place is absolutely clueless can never answer any questions seems to get annoyed with you when you ask them anything. I have to call progressive on my own to get answers they should be ashamed of themselves dont ever get insurance here !!!!

        Every time I call I get the most quality service! I usually work with Charity when I do call or drop by, but I know I will be taken care of by whoever is there whenever its needed. Their suggestions and guidance always help me prepare whenever I am about to make a claim and have received quality service when a claim has been made. Overall, Ive been with Smith & Sons Insurance Agency since I moved to this area and have had nothing but great experiences with them.
