I worked for Synq3 for 2 years and 6 months. I LOVED MY JOB. Only thing I hated about it was super repetitive. I got let go because we lost the biggest account we had. Yes the scorecard sucks and yes you get points if you call in. But I did like my job. I miss my job and I'm more sad then mad.. Thank you.

IF YOU HAVE A DISABILITY DO NOT WORK FOR THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PERIOD. EVERYTHING is tied together. So your "agent scorecard" is what they go off of to determine whether you are a "worthy employee" or not- this scorecard has different sections and it is ALL tied in together - IF YOU HAVE TO TAKE OFF WORK BECAUSE YOU END UP UNEXPECTEDLY IN THE HOSPITAL IT WILL "STILL" COUNT AGAINST YOU!!!!!! You can get it wrapped up into "one occurrence" against you if you are in for 5 days in the hospital, meaning you won't get 5 occurrences but you STILL get the initial one- EVEN IF YOU HAVE A DRS NOTE!!! OR if you have to take off work because you're sick- STILL counts as an occurrence even if it's 5 days they'll roll it into one EVEN IF YOU HAVE A DRS NOTE!! They add up FAST if you have a disability!!!!
