Horrible! I participated in the selection process to work at Vavende and found everything very good and intuitive. I had 2 interviews and passed! I did a week of training and realized I had a lot to learn, so what I did?, I recorded a video and audio of the trainers working so I could practice on my own and get good results when the work really started. I practiced a lot and started speaking exactly like the trainers. After a week of training, I and other beginners had two days to work and show what we learned (it seemed to be the last test of the selection process). I did exactly what I had learned in the trainings! and that same weekend, I received an email from the director saying that I had passed the selection process and would start work in a week! I was so happy because I really wanted this job! After that, the managers and directors disappeared and were never heard from again! I WAITED MORE THAN 1 MONTH AND ONLY AFTER SENDING SEVERAL E-MAILS AND MESSAGES I GOT AN ANSWER! The director called me to do a practice day before starting work! And I was happy again.... Unfortunately that happiness turned into disappointment. After a day of practice to remember what I had learned in the training ( I had done exactly the things I did in the training ) and at the end of the day the director called me into the meeting and said that my calls were not good and that I would not make any sales with them (This was mean of him) and that I could not continue in the company because my calls did not follow the SCRIPT he had given me! I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT BECAUSE I WAS DOING EXACTLY LIKE THE TRAINERS IN THE TRAINING WEEK (AND I HAVE THE VIDEOS AND RECORDINGS OF THE TRAINERS) AND I THOUGHT I HAD ALREADY PASSED THE SELECTION PROCESS! THEY MADE ME WAIT 1 MONTH TO THEN COME UP WITH A FABULOUS EXCUSE TO FIRE ME! IF I DID EXACTLY WHAT I DID DURING THE TRAINING WEEK, WHY DID THEY SEND ME AN EMAIL SAYING THAT I HAD PASSED? ( AND I HAVE THE EMAILS AS PROOF ) ( I concluded that they opened a project that they couldn't handle and made many people look like idiots for it ) And I depended on this job for my family! Horrible what you did, Vavende!
