        DO NOT use this company. They are extremely rude and unprofessional. The company transferred my OGE bill into their name on a property they do not own and are not managing. The first few times I called to inquire as to why they were transferring my utilities in their name for a property that I own, Jay kept transferring me to voice mail. I was finally able to get a lady on the phone. Then, they refused to accept any accountability for their actions. I've own this property since March of 2010. They should have verified that the correct address was given to OGE. Jay kept denying that they made any request to OGE to my property or the SE 6th property. He is extremely arrogant. OGE stated someone else moved into the SE 6th property in March of 2022. The request to transfer the utilities from my name occurred in June of 2022. Jay proceed to send an aggressive and arrogant voice message stating I should apologize. Save your time and money. Either your tenants will be unhappy or you will be unhappy conducting business with this company. Hallmark Property, you proved my point. I am not your client so you should not be able to transfer my utilities in your name. In addition, you should have apologized. I had to get a whole new OGE account because of you idiots.

      Jonathan, we went above and beyond to allow you to move in earlier than scheduled, but you took the keys from an unknowing contractor and moved in two days earlier than the agreed upon time. The police asked if we wanted to have you escorted off the property, as this is trespassing, but we chose to look past it and be gracious. This is an unfair review in every sense, as we have multiple documented attempts to contact you with no response from you. We strive to always maintain a healthy and respectful relationship with our tenants, and we hope you will do the same.

      Hello ! We have no idea who you are, you are not a client or tenant and Hallmark has no ability to turn off your power with OG &E . Your review is malicious and untrue. Please refrain from false reviews in the future.
