My wife and I were offered a great deal on a property by a friend who was moving. He needed to sell quickly which meant we needed to act fast. I reached out to multiple cash for home companies and House Buyers was the only company to call me back. Truthfully, I'm glad they were the only ones! Michael was our contact through this process. He inspected our property, was very transparent about everything, and was just fun to talk to! We discussed our whole situation and he was able to work with us so everyone was happy about the deal! Straight out of the gate, he essentially held our hand every step of the way. He took care of paperwork, set up our appointments, worked with the title company, and helped keep the ball rolling on our end. On top of that, if I had any questions about purchasing from my friend, he offered advice and guidance to keep that smooth too! At the end of the deal, it took roughly 45 days to close with Michael and I'll never be able thank him enough for everything!

Working with Michael has been wonderful. He was very understanding about our timing on closing this home and dealing with contractors on another. Extremely low hassle and everything went smoothly from start to finish. I highly recommend him!

They are so incredibly helpful and understanding. They helped walk me through everything. There was not a time that I did not know what was going on. I really appreciated them being so patient and kind to our family.
