I was blown away by these folks today. Woke up at 5am to no downstairs heat. 1 degree F outside-46 degrees inside. Called them at 730a, arrived by 930am, diagnosed the problem (bad exhaust motor). They found one in stock somewhere nearby, and had it fixed and heating by 330pm. Amazing turnaround when we really needed it. Exceeded every expectation I had. Customer for life.

Calling Lashar was a fortunate move. A friend recommended them. There's a big heating and air company in town that we had a monthly subscription with, but I did not trust them when they recommended an entire HVAC system replacement last winter. Rather than ask for bids for something we simply can't afford, I called Lashar last week, and asked them to come do a repair. Didn't tell them about the prior visit. Dakota came out, did an excellent job, inspected everything, and got us going again for a low cost. It turns out he also used to work for that other company but left because they push employees sell, sell, sell rather than repair. We won't be going back to the other guys. Highly recommended.
