Cleveland County Court Clerk

I went to this courthouse to obtain a court ordered title... When I arrived at the entrance I had to remove my items to go thru the metal detector... There were 3 policeman standing there. None of them were even courteous to say "Hello!"... I guessed they assumed I was a criminal or something... Two of the cops were white an one was black... And he was the rudest one... I asked for directions to the titles were and they acted as though they didn't want to tell me... It was obvious that they profiled me. A few minutes later a Caucasian lady walked in behind me and the black cop spoke nicely to her... I hope I never have to come back to this place ever again...

Terrible communication with the DA and judges. Which actually causes unlawful warrants to be filed on innocent citizens. The woman in the office are glued to their phones even with people right in front of them. With such a lack of seriousness taken by this office for the work they do Mrs. Williams should be recalled if possible or at minimum not reelected. She and her cohorts work with unchecked immunity for critical mistakes and have no moral integrity to even apologize for them. This is why people do not have faith in our justice system anymore.

This place must hire the slowest typists in the world. They take SO long to update anything in the computer. Guess its a good thing whoever is responsible for this works for the government. Any other place, you would be fired by now. It shouldnt take more than 24-48 hours to update court cases. This place takes WEEKS if not MONTHS. Other counties have theirs done that day. Do better Cleveland County
