Suntech Heat & Air

My so-called Home Warranty failed to help when my furnace died. Suntech is highly recommended, so why wouldnt I go with them for my familys safety when I had no working furnace in the middle of Winter? Every last person I dealt with at Suntech was/is polite, professional and genuinely driven to help. They couldnt raise our 13-year old furnace from the dead, but in less than 24 hours after I initially called, we had a fantastic new furnace and a warm house, and that felt like Suntech performed a miracle for us.

The man was a few hours late, but fast once he started and friendly.

They came on time, but that is the only thing that went right. After 3 hours and $300 of cost, we ended up asking this company to leave our house. Did not feel comfortable trusting my family's safety on these guys after what we observed. We will not ever use this company again and will not recommend them to anyone. Service: Repair HVAC

Best from start to finish. Very gracious and kind to help and answer questions along the way. Installation of new Hot Water Heater, installed new HVAC system - replacing original heater (35 - 40 + years old), a/c unit (apx 25 yrs), hot water tank (10+ yrs) - Suntech updated all systems! Thank you all!!!
