Northstar Properties just installed Internet. That's all well and good IF everyone wanted it! There are people who have a hard enough time paying rent let alone extra for something that is not a nessesity. We should be given the right to choose. Disappointed!

The staff at Savannah Square/Harbor in Norman, OK are incredible. They were a huge help with all of the work that needed to be done to move in and are extremely communicative property-wide. Maintenance goes above and beyond - our dishwasher no longer drained and they brought in a new dishwasher the same day. If we have issues with our AC/heat, they come in the same day and repair it for us. Living at one of Northstars propertys has provided a very safe, comfortable environment. Highly recommend!

Management is not on site not even in the same city. Paragraph 1.16 of my lease states the landlord agrees to act with due diligence to make all reasonable repairs. FALSE.
Any reasonable person would absolutely know that it doesnt take 5 weeks to reattach a sprung garage door spring or 2 weeks to replace a broken dishwasher left festering with a cesspool of bacteria and mold where I prepare meals.
The management does not abide by Oklahoma state statutes of 14 days to affect repair to defective appliances posing a direct threat to health, safety and well-being of tenants. Management is unable to recognize and acknowledge clear and present danger to its tenants. Sending multiple people to assess the situation is in no way affecting repair.
Of the year and a half that Northstar has been managing I have spent a total of 5 months waiting for maintenance and repair on the above and more.
I only started documenting after I determined that Northstar is only good at collecting rent. Anything else, be prepared to be put off, lied to and prepared to take it to a higher level.
