Live here at the moment. Have lived here less than a year and some time in that year, the leasing staff changed. The girls who work in the office now a rude and unhelpful.

I've seen the bad reviews, but I've got to disagree my application process was very smooth and easy. Had trouble getting previous renter verification, but Sharonda was persistent! Even with their delays still had the whole process completed in less than a week. I moved from Texas and have to say I did some looking around before and spoke to other property management teams in the area. I am sure glad I ended up with DreamMaker, they hands down provided the better service. I look forward to being a tenant!

One of the most unprofessional companys Ive ever had the displeasure of working with. Leasing staff is rude and extremely unhelpful. Denying two disabled veterans because their benefits do not count as income is a disgrace and a disservice. They dragged our application out for 3 weeks and still havent gotten anything approved after sending bank statement for 6 months and LES statements and proof of benefits. Absolutely do not recommend working with this company.
