Margaret Harshaw or "Margie" Told us we have been approved for this house and that it was ours, we asked if we could give her the deposit on a certain day and she said we could and that it would be fine! then 2 days later text us and say she sold it to somebody else who gave her the deposit quicker. We were very very excited to have this house. It was perfect for us. She was Very wrong. Bad management. I personally think she should be fired. Money hungry jerks.

This is easily the most frustrating and difficult management company I've ever dealt with. For starters, their staff is a revolving door so you never actually know who you're dealing with. While this wouldn't usually be an issue, the staff is so incompetent that they actually will lose track of your money, so keep your receipts if you choose to live at any of their properties.
We have been to court (and won) with management over these imaginary fees, yet I continue to be harassed daily by management.
After living in Warehouse Flats, my electronics and furniture are so infested with cockroaches and ants that I will have to trash most of my possessions.
A word to the wise, NEVER rent from Destination Property Management.
