        They didnt have the style or size of car they rented me. Prepaid no less. The useless help at the counter didnt even try to help me find a car big enough for my needs. They just tried to sell me insurance I didnt need. Never again for Dollar!

        Absolutely the worst customer service that I have experienced was at this Dollar Car Rental.... Remember this Dollar Rental is not owned by the corporation it is a licensee of Dollar Rental..... You are not allowed to take the car out of the states that border Oklahoma without paying a fee.... If you do drive outside of it all of the miles will be charged... The entire rental agreement is written in such a way that they will charge you for everything... If you want a second driver that's an extra $13 a day... If you bring it back late they'll charge you extra.... If you bring it back to early they'll charge you.... They'll charge you for the full day even though you only used it for 12 hours. Just another way that companies nickel and dime people. My recommendation would be to use Enterprise Hertz or another company. Remember that thrifty car rental is part of this same company

        We flew in for the weekend from Denver for my daughter's cheer competition. Perfect experience here. Took the shuttle from the airport to the rental counter. There was no line, everything was in order and ready. The kind lady saw that we had 4 people and several bags and upgraded us at no cost to a bigger car. The return went smooth, as well. We waited for the shuttle back to the airport for about 10 minutes. It was great and a very decent price. The car was perfect for what we needed. We will definitely we back if we ever visit OKC again.

        Im only giving 1 star bc of their poor customer service. I walked in at the designated time, told the lady at the counter, and told her I had to get stuff out of the vehicle and I was charged an extra hour. And the lady at the counter was absolutely rude about itThe vehicle was nice but their customer service was terrible!

        Atlanta Airport, Thanksgiving Day, 11/23/23; had a month long reservation, was having to drive 1 1/2 hrs- way over sold on cars, they were rude, left hundreds of us stranded. DO NOT USE THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
