My valentines day flowers were dead, flopped over and missing pedals, called to complain because I was literally crying cause of how bad they looked, shocked they even delivered them in that condition, talked to Rachel, very sweet, refunded my boyfriends money and offered to deliver a free dozen roses the next day, well they were delivered and they look as if they picked the flowers out my grandma's back yard and put it a tiny vase, I TOLD her they looked fine, but I hit the corner and cried again, I just can't with this floral ship NO MORE!! I'm super disappointed, my valentines day was COMPLETELY RUINED!! I DONT EXPECT THEM TO UNDERSTAND!! Ig they feel the refund was enough, but 2 days of dead beat up flowers is a bit much!!

Ray is an absolute visionary and artist. She is professional and delightful to interact with. Her floral arrangements are incomparable. They're so unique and stunning. I showed her the mood board for my event and she took my vision and ran with it! The flower arrangements she created were SO beautiful and exactly what I was wanting! I have nothing but the best things to say about Ray! She is so so talented. 12/10 experience

Im the kind of guy that walks into a floral shop the day before Valentines wanting to create a custom arrangement on the spot. I wanted something different. Something that hasnt been done before. I basically handed Rachel a blank canvas and asked her to paint. This masterpiece is what she came up with. I could tell she enjoyed working on this piece. And I had fun working with Rachel to select the various pieces. She is passionate about her craft and an amazing talent!
