Only after my wife came home without flowers and calling them was I informed that they were too busy this Valentines Day to complete my order. They refunded my order, but I wont be relying on them again.

Ordered flowers to be delivered for my wife on our anniversary called bc they never showed up said his machine was down not even a sorry!!!

Ordered a plant to be delivered on April 27th, delivered the 29th. Stop offering dates that you are not able to do. The message on the card was not what I stated on the website. Ordered the "deluxe plant". This was not a deluxe plant. Spoke with Sylvester who states that prices have increased and I am assuming that the selection is limited. I am the customer and I expect the plant to match the price. There was nothing deluxe about this plant when compared to the price that I paid. He explained that they were busy.....okay stop taking orders that you are not able to complete. He stated that if the owner came in on Monday he would discuss the matter with her or him and get back with me. No apology....he got irritated, stated the same things, said that he was finished talking and hung up.
