The rooms were nice. The breakfast is also good. However, when they say breakfast is from 6-9 AM, that really means it's only available fully until 8:30. Then they start packing things up, the vacuum cleaner is right there in the way. We came at 8:45 and half the food was already put away. An older gentleman came a few minutes before 9 and turned away, as the place was already emptied out. I felt bad for him. They really need to stick to the hours for the breakfast, or the times are basically a lie to make sure they don't have to feed everyone! Just a dishonest practice!

I was pleasantly surprised. The building seemed pretty nice, from the design to the displays to the rooms themselves. The beds were extremely comfortable, and were thankfully clean unlike other hotels. The employee who checked us in was a little bit of a jerk, but the younger lady who does overnight and morning was very nice and gave us whatever we asked for. There is a little candy and snack shop too. Outside the hotel there's a waffle house and gas station, perfect for picking up food or snack real quick. The only downside is the area isn't the best. It isn't the worst tho, mostly just homeless who only asked me for money so no biggie. My car wasn't broken into after parking there 2 days and there was nothing more then a few mean stares or someone following to ask for money. Might not be a good spot to bring the family tho, but if ur not easily frightened it's honestly not as bad as some ppl make it out to be. Can't blame the hotel for greyhound not caring and constantly ditching ppl at random gas stations and hotels.

Safety: A little on the sketchy side, mostly just homeless tho
Walkability: Close to alot of things. Will need a car for downtown visits tho

We stayed there for one night and got there around midnight-1am and was in our room for five minutes when we saw a roach!!! We went down immediately to the lobby to want either a refund or a new room. I will say the workers there were very nice and accommodating to us but other than that nothing great to say about the place. To be charged 95$ for roaches to be there plus a $50 deposit fee that we have yet to get back as of now. (Stayed Friday night-left Saturday morning) they said were supposed to get it back Monday but well see.

Stayed there in April. We naively left gear (bikes&kayaks) and had 2 guys make an attempt to steal it all - they even had bolt cutters to deal with our locks. Fortunately one of the staff came by and scared them off. Hurrah for CC!!
